Closing Club
Is there anyway to dissolve a club, divide any proceeds and do all the tax filing requirements before 1/01/2005? I would like to hand all the members their money and the 2004 tax forms at the same time.

club accounting - Bivio vs. NOCA
Hello out there. What are the advantages of the Bivio accounting program (which costs $99 a year over NOCA (NAIC Oline club Accounting) which costs $49? ( Clearly, there must be a reason why some clubs switch to Bivio.)

Accounting Program
To marcia De Fren Our Club changed to Bivio this year. We feel it is a much better accounting system than the N.A.I.C. program which we were using. Best of all they will do our taxes for us. Lisa Cook Treasurer A.V. Investment Club
