It can be done, but it won't be easy. It's too early to know now, but past experience suggests that the tax preparation modules won't be released before December-January depending on how long it takes the IRS to finalize its forms and instructions.

You can always prepare your tax return by hand using the 2003 forms, but making the necessary changes to conform to the 2004 tax law.
