I am looking for some guidance on liquidating and terminating our partnership.

Does Bivio has some information on its website?

I could not find anything.

Just trying to make sure we do not forget anything,   we are planning to make one distribution in 2023 and complete the liquidation in 2024.  

The 2024 tax return maybe a problem - the 2024 forms will not be ready in the spring of 2024.   IRS says a tax return is due at a certain time after the close of business.  Any suggestions?  Bivio will not have forms either.

Appreciate any help you can give.
