posting member contributions how/where do I post each member's monthly contribution? If I post it in accounting, it is a duplication from the auto sync transfer from the bank. If Hi Betty, If your member payments are deposited initially in your bank account, you should have a bank account in bivio on the Accounting>Accounts page where you track these transactions. Post your member payments as deposited to that account. Then, if you transfer money to your brokerage account, you will see an "Identify Credit" entry in the bivio broker account when it is received. Just identify it as a transfer of funds FROM your bank account TO your brokerage account.
