The tax program from bivio will be available in early to mid February. You should not plan to file your taxes until you have received your 1099 forms from your brokers. Brokers are supposed to have them to you by February 15 but check with them to find out for sure. There are a couple of brokers that have already posted notices on their websites that, due to the new cost basis reporting requirements, they may be delayed until the end of February or even mid March.
