Heads Up

Heads Up Just a heads up that you might want to double check your brokerage websites to see when you can expect your 1099's. While brokers are supposed to send them out by February 15, we've found at least two brokers, Folio Investing and TDAmeritrade, which are indicating on their sites that, due to the new cost basis reporting changes, they may not be available until the end of February. We highly recommend that you not file your club taxes until you can check them against your 1099's. If yours will be delayed, you might want to let your club members know that they will be getting their club tax forms later than usual this year. I have also checked the Schwab site and they are still saying forms will be available on February 15. If any of you know of delayed reporting by any of the other brokers, I'm sure there are others on the list that might appreciate hearing about it. Thanks in advance. -- Laurie Frederiksen Invest with your friends! www.bivio.com Become our Facebook friend! www.facebook.com/bivio Follow us on twitter! www.twitter.com/bivio Vanguard website says their 1099s will be delayed, by my Edward Jones brokers says I can expect theirs by Feb. 15th.
