withdrawal
If a member chooses to withdraw, can some or all of the
remaining members pay the withdrawing partner and retain the
stocks in the account? Would it have to be equal shares
purchased or can some buy more than others?

Dear Connie,

If you want to pay the withdrawal in cash but you don't have enough without selling stocks, the other members can make additional cash contributions to build up enough cash that way. They do not have to be for the same amounts. Each members contribution will be credited to their own account.
