Our club is allowing a member to have a custodial account.
Is this the correct wording for the custodial account
"John W. Doe, custodian for Jane E. Doe"

On custodial accounts I have had for my son, I see it worded both that way or,

Jane E. Doe, UTMA, John W. Doe, Custodian

The childs SS number goes on the account.
