2011 Taxes for Disbanded Club I am wondering when the 2011 tax forms will be available from Bivio so we can file our final federal return. Our club stopped investing activity a couple of months ago. Howard Fabry, Treasurer Univestors, LLC The 2011 tax forms won't be available until after the IRS releases them, typically in December 2011 or January 2012. You can file your final return using the 2010 forms. Just make sure that you enter the appropriate dates (January 1, 2011 to the end of the month you ceased operations) on the top of page 1 of the 1065 and each K-1 and check the box for final return.

You will know it's ready because 2011 will be a choice on the Tax menu. If you go through the proper disbanding steps prior to preparing these returns, they will be marked final.
