Calumet Specialty Products Partners, LP -- Tax Issues with Bivio?

I would like to know if Calumet Specialty Products Partners,
LP (CLMT) is the type of partnership that may result in tax
filing problems with Bivio. It is not listed on the "Before
you Invest" list on Bivio but it appears as it may be
similar to some of the companies that are listed.

Yes. It would be a problem. A tip off is the LP in the name. That stands for limited partnership.

Any investment with the word "Partners" in its name will create major problems.
