I am trying to withdraw a member with a combination of
transferred stocks & cash. I've transferred two different
stocks to the member but the transfers took place on two
different days. How do I enter the withdrawal? When I
first tried to enter the withdrawal I could not enter both
transferred stocks on the same date because they transferred
on different days & the stock price was different. I then
tried to enter a partial withdrawal for the first stock &
thought I could enter the other stock/cash balance through
another full withdrawal option. When I entered her name to
do the second withdrawal it told me she was completely
withdrawn. I deleted the initial withdrawal transaction.
The member is now listed on our member status but when I
click on her name it does not allow me to perform a
withdrawal. I don't know what needs to be corrected to
properly start over! Any help is much appreciated!!!
