Account Sync not working
Account sync for our club has not updated since Dec 21,
2010. I updated the password but all transactions subsequent
to Dec, 2010 are still not getting updated.

What is the solution?

It is best if you send questions like this to us at support@bivio.com Then we can look at your specific account and discuss your specific situation with you.

The usual reasons that stop AccountSync from updating are:

1. The expiration of your bivio subscription.
2. Passwords that are changed at the broker and not updated in bivio. Once your password is updated in bivio, you won't see any transactions until the next time AccountSync runs. It runs early in the morning of each day following a business day in the market.
3. Problems with the transactions in the file AccountSync is reading. Sometimes broker data is inconsistent and these need to be manually investigated and worked through by our technical staff. You will usually find these cleared up within a few days.

We recommend that you reconcile your records each month even if you are using AccountSync. It is very good and very few problems arise but it is still one computer reading output from another one. There are sometimes hiccups in the data that require human oversight and human intervention to correct. While AccountSync makes a treasurers job very easy, it doesn't make it obsolete.

I see you have emailed us in support also. I will look into your specific situation there.
