I have tried to send an email to our club members for a
couple days. It shows that it was delivered in gmail but
bivio never delivers it.
Robert,

Have your members checked their spam folders? This was initially an issue for my members, but once they marked one email as not spam and moved it out of that folder, everything functioned smoothly

Dear Robert,

Have you confirmed with your club members that they have not received the email? There is a change that will mean you will not see it come back to your account.

Over the last couple of days I have emailed members of two different clubs I belong to and things are working for us. But it was a change to find out that I no longer received the emails I sent like I used to.

If you know for sure that your members didn't receive your message, forward one of the messages you sent to support@bivio.com and the techs can investigate further to try and determine what is going on.
