Did not update brokerage with bivio Hello, I failed to update bivio with new brokerage login and password after brokerage required new login information. I have not used bivio in a few months. Everything is now out of whack. Stocks we've purchased and sold are not up to date. Does anyone know if I now have to manually enter these transactions and how I go about doing that? Thank you for your help! Johnny Hi Johnny, If you update it now, the missing transactions may be pulled in tomorrow morning. It depends on the broker, how much historical data might be available. Usually we can get at least three months, sometimes more. -- Laurie Frederiksen Invest with your friends! www.bivio.com Become our Facebook friend! www.facebook.com/bivio Follow us on twitter! www.twitter.com/bivio Thanks Laurie. It is about four months worth of transactions! I can't believe it has been that long. I was secure thinking that it was syncing up, not knowing that bivio wasn't even reading Scottrade because of the new password and login. I'll check it again in the morning. Thanks again. Do you ever sleep? Johnny On Wed, Oct 27, 2010 at 9:32 PM, Laurie Frederiksen <laurie@bivio.biz> wrote: Hi Johnny, -- October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. I agree. I never have worked with anyone who answers an e-mail and
always with brief, accurate and easily understood info. Laurie, you are the greatest. Bea On 10/27/10 6:37 PM, Johnny Duncan wrote: Thanks Laurie. It is about four months worth of transactions! I'd let my head swell but it's pretty close to Halloween and it might turn into a pumpkin. :) I work with a great group of people here at bivio. We aren't perfect but we try hard to help you as much as we can. It's our pleasure. We must have one of the best customer groups one could ask for for their business. -- Laurie Frederiksen Invest with your friends! www.bivio.com Become our Facebook friend! www.facebook.com/bivio Follow us on twitter! www.twitter.com/bivio I third that!
