Yes. If you make a mistake on a withdrawal report or want to change something, it is fine to delete it and enter new, corrected information. In fact, it is important to fill out the withdrawal form before telling the member what they will be receiving. Assuming your records are correct, filling in the form will give bivio the information that is needed to determine what the member is owed.
