Adding a new Single Payment
I must be missing something very simple and obvious, but....

We deposited 8 checks with TD and Bivio have 8 transactions
to be completed.

In entering the names for the various members for Single
Payment (we have 8 members), I erroneously entered someone
twice. I clicked Edit next to the duplicate thinking I
could just change the name. Bivio doesn't seem to allow
that. I then deleted the duplicate record and then went to
add a new record for the correct name/date/amount, and can't
find what to do to create a new deposit entry for a Single
Payment.

Thanks......
Finally found it.........sorry........

Hi Jay,

I apologize also. I sent this response right after you sent in your question but I sent it from the wrong email address so it didn't go through.

For anyone else who might be interested in the answer to Jay's original question, here it is:

You can create a single payment entry using the payment link which you will find next to the members name on the Accounting>Members page.

I might also suggest that when you have 8 payments to enter that you do it using the "Multiple Payments" choice on the Identify Credit Menu. That way you could enter them all at one time and you would avoid the problem you had.

If each of your members adds an identifying penny amount to their check, bivio will even "learn" whose is whose and fill in the amounts in the correct spots for you. All you'd need to do is double check and confirm.
