Just
a reminder that if you are using AccountSync and you change your login
information at your broker, don’t forget to update it in bivio.
Apparently
Scottrade is asking everyone to update their passwords and we are getting
quite a few support requests asking us why AccountSync has stopped working or
asking us how to update passwords in bivio.
First
of all, if you forget to update your password in bivio and your old
password no longer works, you will see a message at the top of your
club pages that looks like this:
Click
on the link that says “Enter your AccountSync brokerage” and the
form where you can update your information will open.
Or,
you can always update your AccountSync login information using the “Info”
link next to the account name that you will find on the
Accounting>Accounts page.
