Withdrawal reports

Afternoon,

After printed out our 2009 tax reports, I noticed that I
have only one withdrawal report which I should have three
for the tzx year 2009. When i go to reports there is one
there but does not look like the one that printed out with
the tax info, did I do something wrong to not get these two
other reports??

I didn't get any withdrawal reports with the tax forms
although I have one member withdrawal. What did the report
look like? When I gave her the withdrawal check I printed
out her member report from the time she joined the club to
the present.

She definitely needs the withdrawal report to complete her tax return.

Dear Lorelee,

Your member's withdrawal was dated 1/1/2010.
That is why it is not included with the 2009 tax information.
