1065 federal forms for 2009

1065 federal forms for 2009 Individuals or Estates Owning 50% or More of the Partnership (Form 1065, Schedule B, Question 3b) I believe there is a problem. The federal form has 7 lines and the program filled in 7 member's data but did not create an attachment for everyone else. I compared this year's forms to last year's forms and last year this section said see attachments and at the bottom listed 14 members. It looks like this year's filled in 7 lines and stop. I need the full list. Dear Carolyn, You are correct. We need to add that "see Attached" note. You can find the full list if you select the "Expert Taxes" button. There is an attachment that is called "Statement of Constructive Ownership" which lists everyone. You should make sure to send that in with your forms. I have my family which my spouse and my kids marked along with their kids, then there is another family with four people. When I did the tax questions I first checked our name then the second page I was able to check the other four people,. I don't have a list of people so maybe I am doing something wrong?? I do have another question, for the first time I had three members that took money out last year, and the withdrawal report that printed out with the tax forms only one printed and not the other two is this normal. Don't think I did anything wrong that I know of. You should however, make sure that all members receive a copy of their withdrawal reports at the end of the year so they can save the information in their personal records.
