I listened to your audit seminar today and have a question.
I became treasurer 1 1/2 years ago. At that time, a few of
our stock shares didn't match exactly with the bivio stock
shares. I was told by the outgoing treasurer that the small
amount didn't matter, but today you said that the shares
should match exactly. The most I am off for one stock is
.1908 of a share. Do I need to correct this and if so, how
do I go about it?

Hi Diana,

If you're doing dividend reinvestment, you may be missing a reinvestment transaction.

If it's possible, the best way to fix this is to look through the purchase transactions for the
stock in question and find which one is missing or incorrect.
