club_cafe: Annual Reports
To: Cheriylyn Peay and John Rice

That's' all very nice that your members are computer savvy and are able to
get the info on line from Bivio.

I belong to two clubs for seniors and am treasurer of one of them.

Unfortunately, many of our members are not very computer literate so I can't
be as cavalier as you.

I make up an annual report by collating the various Bivio reports and they
are greatly appreciated by the members.

My club doesn't create an annual report so can't help there. Club members
have access to all reports on Bivio and can print/view them whenever they
desire.

I know this question has been asked before but I never did
see any examples of club annual reports posted. I know
everyone might be a little concerned with posting actual
information but would anyone be willing to just share a
general template for a report? I am trying to get one for
my club put together in the next couple weeks and would like
to get some ideas of what to include in the report.

        Thanks for your help.

I think it is the same end result, whether electronic or paper.  The Bivio reports are the Annual Report.  I don't provide my club with any special reports for the Annual Report--they are all printed from Bivio with no changes, combinations, etc.
