Our cents balance on our on line account shows .16 and it
should be .11. Which shows money market interest at .19
which is correct. It does not show in the transactions
where the .05 went other than it's in our balance, and
therefore I don't know how to delete. If I delete the .19,
that's the money market interest for Oct. I'm confused.

If you click on the transactions link to the right of your balance, it will open a screen with all of the transactions in that account. You should then be able to find the problem transaction and delete it.

You might want to contact bivio support for assistance. They can look at your data directly and help you.
