Switching: Online Club Accounting to bivio
Our club is considering switching to bivio from online club
accounting. We are currently in a 3 month trial period and
so far everything for me (as treasurer) has been seamless
and the pros outweigh the cons. I'm also more than happy
with support. After making a presentation to my club last
evening a couple questions were presented in regard to
downside issues with bivio. As you know, there is a long
list of testimonials (implication being 'good') available on
the website. But, I'm just wondering if any of you have had
any negative experiences with bivio and whether everything
was resolved to your satisfaction. Any feedback would be
appreciated.

Also, are there any clubs out there who might be in our
geographical area currently using bivio? We'd definitely be
interested in hearing from you.

We have had BIVIO for about 5 years. It is the best think for club
accounting. The support is 100%. We would never leave BIVIO.

To add my 2 cents here, I've been treasurer of my club since 2001, and used
bivio for about 3 years. There is no comparison between bivio and the
accounting program you are now using -- I think switching is a no brainer!

Account Sync works great, the support is quick and very helpful, and we've
had no negative experiences at all.

We've never had a single problem, glitch, etc in 2+ years.
As I recall, the transition took 3, maybe 5 minutes. Three
months? You're needed in Washington D,C,!!!

I only have three complaints with Bivio: 1) When one clicks
reply, it's not clear whether to start your reply at the top
or bottom; 2) the home page has a radio button for "save
your password" but it doesn't work; 3) I'm not fond of aqua
and apricot for webpage colors. Everything else, including
tax returns, is, without a single exception, perfect, .

We're in Holland, Michigan. Don't know where Savoy is. But
it's not worth a visit, not even a call. After 3 months, you
have the requisite experience to cut the cord. Go
Bivio!!!!!!
