Difficulties with E-trade & changing financial officers

Difficulties with E-trade & changing financial officers We have been in existence for 10 years and have written E-Trade our brokerage house several times regarding new financial officers. We recently found out that these letters were not registered and a member who no longer is part of our club still has financal access to our records. We have tried to add our financial officers and have filled out the business application and had it notarized and E-Trade rejected it saying that we had to send another three or four forms along with another notarized list of our financal officers. We have already spent $40 on this first form and feel very frustrated. Any suggestions? We are thinking of going to Fidelity. Does anyone have good experiences with them? We are obviously frustrated with the level of service and knowledge at E-Trade, Thanks for your help. Jennifer in Santa Cruz, California I cannot speak about Fidelity, but our club has used Schwab for over ten years. The forms to update the partners authorized to make trades and sign checks are available on the website. I have filled them out, obtained the signatures of the partners and mailed them to Schwab. I have never had to obtain a notarized signature. They do where I live. The club doesn't have to have its account there, just any one of the members. Jennifer Astone wrote: > Thanks Jack.
