we have our account linked to our fidelity account, we get
an update of our holdings, however we do not get an update
on our cash balance.

how do we enter cash deposits, we enter the contribution for
each member, but we do not see where the cash is showing up.

Hi Sue,

Your cash balance is not imported per se by AccountSync. It is updated whenever a transaction
affecting it is imported or recorded. For example, member deposits would increase your cash
balance, a stock purchase would decrease it.

When you record member contributions, you should see it affecting your cash balance. If you'd like
to email support@bivio.com I can look at your account and the way you are recording contributions
and determine why you are not seeing them affect your cash.
