How does bivio read an OFX file from a bank and how do I set
up bivio to receive such files?

Dear Keisha,

Create the OFX file from your bank and save it on your computer.

To read it into bivio, go to Accounting>Accounts and click on your account name.

This will open the account screen and you will see an Import OFX button you can use to read in the
file.
