Nope. No place for clubs looking for members, but I've always thought that was a great idea. There is, however, a directory of public clubs on bivio's homepage. Each entry shows the state in which the club operates. I recommend that you check in with those close to home. Also, post your desire to join a club here, and maybe some of the cyber clubs will respond, or clubs in your home state.
