In our clubs by-laws we charge a $100 fee when a member
withdraws from the club. We have been active for over two
years and this is the first time we have had a partner
withdraw. We have enough cash to pay out the member without
having to sale stock, but I am not sure how to handle the
fee in the accounting.

Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated.

When you fill out the withdrawal form to process the withdrawal in bivio, you will find a field
where you can enter the fee. It will be deducted from the amount that is due to the member.
