Thanks for everyone's input. And I certainly wouldn't go
back and change anything prior to this year.

Someone wrote that they didn't know why anyone (treasurer)
would worry about when and how much someone paid. When you
have only ten members and the minimum required investment is
$25, you really need to be sure that everyone pays or you
won't have anything to invest. And I would also like to
have money set aside to pay our bills when they are due
(fidelity bond, software, meeting room, BI subscriptions).
And it is our club's practice to keep that money separate
from investment money. None of us ladies has big $$$ and
this has worked for us.
