wondering if anyone knows what we need in the state of
Tennessee to be legal. is there a site that list the
requirments for each state.

When we formed in Iowa went to the local NAIC chapter and
they could help us a great deal I believe this might be your
chapter

Hi Dwayne,
I started our club a year ago and found out that it was very
frustrating. Most of the people that I talked to (bank,
city, county, state and brokerage employees) did not
understand investment clubs, so I was constantly getting the
wrong information. The best source of information is this
web site. So ask a lot of questions. If I recall right,
you should check with your Secretary of State for the
information about the requirements of your state.
