Dear guru:

We sold PEP and received a check for fractional shares.
where do I enter this? I con only find these fractional
shares in the stock split link. Am I missing something?
Currently I have the $33. as part of a .3 for 1 stock split.
(yes, "point 3") I 'm sure that will come back to haunt we
if i leave it. The fractional share looks to be about
.63068 of a share.

Any suggestions?

You are getting cash in exchange for shares. You can treat
that as a regular sell of .63068 for whatever the amount of
the check was.

shares left and the cash is all where it should be.
