Adjusted 1099's
Help! I am trying to do our taxes. We have rec'd an
adjusted 1099. The changes are nondividend distributions
(return of capital) So we rec'd a dividend during the year
of $50.63. Now they are showing it as a return of capital.
Our annual dividends have been lowered on the 1099. When I
put it in bivio, it does deduct it from my dividends but
wants to take it out of my cash account to offset? So that
doesn't balance. How do you do the adjustment in Bivio?

I have another one that was paid 60.18 and it is adjusting
it by $10.25 (return of capital)

I am new to bivio and don't know how to enter. Thank you!
You have to go back to the original transaction and edit it there. You don't just add a new transaction.
