Withdrawn member priveledges

I have a couple of members that are withdrawn, and I chose
not to eliminate their access to the club website, so that
they had access to the tax documents at tax time.
However, now we're a year down the road, and I'd like to
remove their access, but there's no option to do so - the
drop down list doesn't offer the option. The only option I
see is to re-withdraw them, but if I do that, the tax
program generates a k-1 for them for the past year.
Is the only solution to delete the initial withdrawal and
enter it again?
