Change of address on IRS Form
What are the rules for changing the address on a Form 1065
form (IRS). A member withdrew in Feb. of 2008. She moved
from the state 6 months later. It did not occur to me to
change the address in the Bivio files as she was not an
active member. When the report printed out, her address was
the old one. I actually never had the new one until today.

Can I hand-write in ink and initial the change or how do I
legally handle this matter?

Please and thank you.
You are not required to have a current or correct address on a K-1. You are required to have a correct name and tax ID number.
