Qualified and non qualified income

I have my 1099 from my Broker and they have income as
qualifying where Bivio splits the income between Qualifying
and non qualifying. How can I get all the dividends to be
quilifying and keep Bivio from splitting it. ( ie Verizon )

I enter it as qualifying income in Bivio.

Make sure you have the correct ex-dividend dates associated with each dividend distribution. If you do, then bivio should calculate the correct split between qualifying and nonqualifying. There is the (slim) possibility that the 1099 is wrong.
