My Club has some outside, "other income" (from a settlement)
and even a little bit of formalized debt forgiveness. I've
entered these transactions into our Bivio accounting, but I
don't know where Bivio is going to put them on the Schedule
K-1 form.

Are the Bivio tax forms electronic and will I be able to
move specific transactions or amounts from one part of the
form to another? (Specifically to move some "income" to the
Line 11, code F and Line 11, code E?) Or do we just get
paper forms that can't easily be changed?

If that's associated with a specific security the club holds or held, it's
probably a capital gain or return of capital, both of which you can record
as such in bivio.

Yes, if past years are any guide. The club tax forms are provided as
"fill-in" PDF forms and you can edit the "fill-in" text with Adobe Reader.
