The rack out our data center tripped a breaker so all our computers
were shut down. They are all back up. However, bivio.com didn't come
back up until a little while ago. We are working with our data center
company to make sure this doesn't happen again. It's the first time
we've tripped a breaker in ten years so we were of course taken by
surprise.

Normally, we would have been able to respond to this type of even
quickly. We had a snafu on who was monitoring the systems over the
holidays, and that caused us to only check in the morning. The site
was down for eight hours. If it had been during the day, our response
time would be immediate.

We apologize for this delay and any inconvenience it may have caused.
