I have just pulled my year end valuation report and it is
showing GE at 20.5999, but GE closed today at 16.20. All
the other prices in our portfolio are correct.

Look at Accounting | Investments and verify that the
Valuation Date for GE is 12/31/2008. If it's not, contact
support@bivio.com so they can look into it.

Thanks, Jim. That was the problem; GE was being valued as
of 10/13/08.

Hi Lisa,

I'll answer your question here because others may have similar questions in
the future. What is happening is that GE is identified in your data as an
"Unlisted" investment. This is one whose price needs to be updated
manually. You can change this using the Tools link in the Administration
Section. If you go there, you will find a choice to "Identify Listed
Investments". Select this and you will be given a worksheet where you can
enter in the stock ticker symbol. This will add it to the list of your
investments whose prices we update automatically each day.
