My Brokerage account shows 3.03 more than my Bivio
accounting. I have gone back and checked all the
transactions for the past year...everything checks out. At
the end of the year when our CPA did the audit, she did not
find a discrepancy and I did not notice a difference in the
balance at the end of the year ... although now it appears
that it must have been there.

Can I do an adjustment in Bivio adding in the $3.03, as
interest or something, to correct the error, or do I need to
go back through the years and try to find the $3.03?

For a small adjustment like this one, I'd recommend you record a
negative non-deductible expense on 12/31/2007 for the extra amount.

Select the "expense" icon on the Accounting / Accounts page.
