At a luncheon meeting of our stock club today, we voted to
disolve our partnership. I have spoken to our broker,
Scottrade, and was told to send a copy of the minutes and a
check request which will be signed by all members.

Members will be paid according to the number of units they
have accrued. Is there any action I need to take for Bivio
in order to facilitate the tax forms for 2008?
