When Bivio informs the club of a dividend payment. Is the
X-Dividend date automatically pickup by the program or must
the finance officer go to the transaction do a look up and
then enter to assure the program registers the dividend as a
qualified dividend.

It's picked up at the end of the year automatically when you do the
tax interview. The software then calculates the qualified state,
which can't be calculated before, because the holding period extends
into the future.

Just leave the ex-dividend date blank, or if you are using
AccountSync, do nothing. :-)
