club_cafe: Import Ameritrade Transactions
Your best choice is to direct this question to bivio's support staff. However, I can tell you that AccountSync only works going forward.

I just signed up for bivio and set-up the account sync to
our broker account with Ameritrade, but the only
transactions that were imported were the ones my club made
after we signed up for bivio.

We have had our account with Ameritrade for five years, so I
am really trying to avoid having to manually enter in
several hundred transactions. I know that you can upload OFX
files into bivio, but Ameritrade's downloaded files are csv.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Do you know of
an csv to ofx converter tool? Any ideas for a workaround?

Did you use NAIC software accounting package. We are 10
years old and converted to Bivio two years ago. I had to be
walked through the import. WE converted from a client
TDAmeritrade account to an institutional accountaover a year
ago . It took almost a year to get the correct account #
from TD to link with Bivio, Bivio could not tell me how the
account # should be set up.per client confidentuality. Td
changed account #'s twice. Prev acc started with 503,and
903.
Finally after a year a good tech from TD realized we needed
another type of account.to straighten it out. TD transfered
the stock but I have to enter all purchace info. It did not
transfer.
I still had to enter some data this month as some dividends
went to old account.
