I just signed up for bivio and set-up the account sync to
our broker account with Ameritrade, but the only
transactions that were imported were the ones my club made
after we signed up for bivio.

We have had our account with Ameritrade for five years, so I
am really trying to avoid having to manually enter in
several hundred transactions. I know that you can upload OFX
files into bivio, but Ameritrade's downloaded files are csv.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Do you know of
an csv to ofx converter tool? Any ideas for a workaround?

Please contact support@bivio.com. We can import more transactions,
but probably not five years' worth. It depends on what Ameritrade's
OFX server provides us.
