I am the incoming treasurer for our club. The outgoing
treasurer is leaving
our club and made a mistake which caused her cashout to be
deducted twice, once as a non-deductible expense and once
as a full withdrawal. How should I fix this??? Also,

Quite simple, Elnora. Delete the non-deductible expense, an absolutely
ridiculous way to do a withdrawal. The withdrawal screen transaction takes
care of all the necessary deductions from cash, no other entries are needed.
I would suggest you very carefully compare your records against your broker
to be sure cash and amounts of stock on hand, including any reinvested
fractions, are the same. If that error went through, who knows what else
