Edit member withdrawal record?
Hi,
I just had to record a member's full withdrawal for a cash
amount. I have three questions:

First, I wanted to record the check number, but didn't think
of it until I had submitted the withdrawal transaction; is
there some way to edit the transaction comments to at least
record the check number in the comments field? (That would
be a very nice optional field to add.)

Second, can you add a verification statement for the
completion of the transaction that shows what just took
place? For example: "You just withdrew member so-and-so
from the club with a cash value of such amount, paid in so
much cash and such-and-so stock transfer. The withheld
amount was x% (or $x.00) for a total reduction to your
broker account of $y.00." That would make a nice entry into
our minutes.

Thanks,

Third, is there a way to reverse a full withdrawal - I saw a
similar question from someone else.

Member withdrawals cannot be edited. To correct them you
have to delete the previous entry and re-enter it.

All of that information is in the member withdrawal reports:

You could attach a copy of that report to your club minutes.
