Our TDAmeritrade account does not seem to be syncing mutual
funds correctly w/ Bivio. Bivio is showing more shares than
TD. How can this be corrected?

You correct it by finding out where the error occurred, and correcting the
bivio entry. Compare TDA statements with bivio to see when it began to show
a difference. You should be doing this every month, comparing your records
with TDA and reconciling them before they grow worse. Account synch is
fine, but it doesn't take the place of vigilance on verifying the entries.
