AccountSync Help I bought the Active Partnership and Im currently having a problem with accountsync. Ive entered my brokerage info from Scottrade into Bivio, user/password and account number but for some reason it is not synching. Does anyone know what I can do to make this work. Please help. Thank You We import your data daily in the wee hours after the brokers have closed their books for the prior day. This ensures we import accurate data. The import starts after the last transaction entered in the account on bivio. Some brokers only keep a few months of data online so if you only see a few months of data, that's the reason. Very occasionally, the data provided by the broker software changes or gives us incorrect data. Our import software can only be so smart. However, we do correct our software in such instances, usually within the same week. If you find that your account contains duplicate entries or perhaps an incorrect entry, please let us know, and we'll correct the problem. If your account hasn't been updated in a few days and you know there are transactions on your broker's site but not on bivio, please support@bivio.com. We usually do software updates over the weekend, and we see all failures that cause your data to not be updated. We appreciate your patience. Cheers, Rob |
