Well, it's going to be difficult. You are going to have to
report royalty, interest, and rent income, some of which bivio can do. In
addition, you will be reportinging cost depletion, which will reduce your basis.
My advice would be (1) hire a professional to help, and (2) get rid of the
investment. It may be wonderful investment, but is it really worth the year-end
hassle?
