Bivio generated forms 1065 (federal) and 565 (California)
which matches the TD Ameritrade 1099. (can I do away with
rounding errors?) Also, do I need to include some other
docs or forms when I mail the 1065 to the IRS and 565 to CA
franchise tax board?
