Valuation date entered in bivio
We're now moving into intermediate knowledge, and cleaning
our Instruction sheet.

In bivio, entering the deposits for last month's meeting, we
put the
1. Transaction Date = date on brokerage statement deposit
entered

2. Valuation Date: Friday before LAST month's meeting
(before the checks

Is this correct???

it's confusing ...
The valuation date happens
The meeting happens and we get the checks
The checks are entered in Brokerage account
The units are purchased??? when???
Bookkeeping in bivio: valuation date is before transaction
date??

thanks, Etana and Carol

Your valuation date should be defined in your By-laws or operating procedures. I cannot be random.
